School: Florida; Class: Junior

Position: RHP; B/T: R/R

Height: 6-2; Weight: 210 pounds

Previously Drafted: New York Yankees, 37th round, 2011

Background: After taking a pretty sizeable step forward in his strikeout rate last season – it jumped from 6.75 K/9 to 7.82 K/9 last season – Harris has seen a dramatic decline this season, all the way down to 4.91 K/9. As a three-year member of the Gators’ bullpen, Harris has been a consistent, but rather underwhelming performer.

Projection: Pretty good size. Solid control. But it’s a little concerning that Harris has never missed a whole lot of bats. He’s also been a little homer-prone.

There’s some big league value here, something along the lines of a decent middle reliever. There’s some risk though.

Ceiling: 0.5- to 1.0-win player

Floor: Replacement Level

Likelihood of Reaching His Ceiling: Low to Moderate

Draft Projection: Eighth Round
